This is my Grab Bag. 18"x10"x8". I have my Kel Tec Sub2k with a red dot and a scope on QD mounts and an optic equipped Palmetto Dagger with a shoulder rig.
I also have 4 30rnd mags that can go into either one.

Awesome grab bag setup! I’ve got mine equipped with a red dot on a flip mount and some backup irons, and it’s been super reliable for both range days and truck duty.
