The best approach to training is to keep those sessions short and focused especially at the start. Lots of praise, a steady routine and letting the dog “win” now and then keeps their spirits high. Also, a huge part of the magic happens when you’re out together. The bond you create in the field does more for training than any backyard drill ever could.
