I'd go with Tier 1 Concealed or Bravo Concealment if I were setting things up. Both brands have treated me well with my quirky builds, and they actually provide left-handed options without making you feel like you’re requesting something strange. I’ve found Tier 1 to be especially dependable in terms of comfort and retention.
