Hi Folks,
Been a sig guy for 30 years, had some smith revolvers, never their pistols. Had just about every sig model, loved them. Now my love goes to S&W! I shoot paper and steel, used to shoot varmints on my mini farm but then I moved to the eastern shore, no varmints, or even mountains. Member of local outdoor gun club, big time shotgun and rifle, and just now installing a full uspsa capable pistol range with steel. Awesome! I'd like to get into some competition soon. Retired, working part time to pay for ammo, lol. Looking seriously at the 22x but waiting for the threaded barrel version, I don't get this adaptor thing? The 5" metal 10mm ported has got my attention, I think I'll trade or sell my 220 10mm legion sao for it.

I'm a S&W convert!
Thanks,
Dave

Welcome aboard, Dave! It’s not often we see someone swap out a P220 Legion SAO, so that S&W bug must have really gotten to you! I’m right there with you on the threaded barrel vs adapter discussion. Native threads are always the way to go for a cleaner finish. I’m excited to hear how that 10mm Metal performs compared to your old Sig. Feel free to make yourself at home!

Thanks Allan! I go back and forth on 10mm, it's a blast to shoot, pun intended, but I live on the eastern shore, we have no bear, only deer and coyotes. Alas it looks like I'll have to wait a bit for the metal 10mm. In the meantime I need to replenish my supply of revolvers, somehow I ended up with only self loaders! Model 19 or 686 4".
